Maker’s Mark Private Barrel

Family DInner

Set your reminders for a special family dinner this June and prepare for an unforgettable night, spotlighting our unique single barrel, Maker's Mark, crafted in partnership with Pierpont’s! Hosted at Waldo Thai, the event is scheduled for June 4th. Cocktail hour kicks off at 5:30pm, with dinner following at 6pm.

Last September, we embarked on a journey to Louisville to personally select a unique blend of staves to add to our barrel, letting it mature for an additional 90 days. The time has finally come, the barrel is ripe and ready, and has been shipped to us. We collaborated closely with the Pierpont’s team, aiming to craft a shared barrel that produces a spirit ideally suited for Thai cuisine, yet equally delightful when paired with steak. The selection process was meticulous and time-consuming, but we are confident that we've struck the perfect balance. The final result has left us immensely satisfied.

We have a limited quantity of bottles for sale. However, dinner attendees will have the first opportunity to purchase; our family dinner, which includes cocktails and neat pours of our Maker’s Mark private selection, is priced at $110 per person. You'll also have the option to acquire a bottle (or perhaps two) for just $79 each! For those interested solely in purchasing a bottle, the price is set at $89 per bottle and will be made available for purchase at a later time. Kindly be aware that this event is exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. Given the nature of the occasion, we regret that we cannot accommodate any dietary restrictions.

Tickets are available for purchase now! Reservations are offered for pairs of 2 and groups of 4. To optimize our seating arrangements and preserve the communal spirit of the event, it is likely that groups will be paired together at tables. We're eager to facilitate new friendships over shared cocktails and a sumptuous dinner!

This event also presents a golden opportunity to bid adieu to Chef Pam before she leaves for Thailand with her daughters. Although she will return, she plans to spend some time reconnecting with her family in Thailand.
